Currently working as an independent art-director and designer. Previously, Founding Senior Designer at Pivot.
I'm also a mentor on ADPlist and help companies recruit design talent at hirehire. My work has been published on international resources, such as UNESCO, Abduzeedo and others. Also, my projects have won international awards - Golden Drum and Effie.
My approach to design can be described in 3 bullets:
Balance between business and art. As Tom Rothman, ex-director of XX Century Fox said: "A line runs down the middle of my office, separating business from art. My job is to walk that line every day, staying true to both without leaning toward one." [1] These words deeply resonate with me.
I believe that good design is about making complex things simple.
I stand by 3 values: curiosity, clarity and openness.
